Worked on the Super Caster again today taking apart the bridge and making the adjustments, and setting the sizes of type widths for 42 point type. I cast several letters, and worked with the micrometer, which I finally understand. Still need some work on the finer points of making the width adjustments on the machine. Very tired today, pushing myself. Gahlord is headed for Amsterdam then after a few days, on to Vermont. I am on the last few days of this journey, going it alone now. One more day at the Type Archive, on Wednesday.
